I come from a professional diverse background, having worked for several companies in the technology sector.
What I’ve observed is that people, both in their personal or professional lives, often face similar issues, including stress, anxiety, fears, and uncertainty.
Through years of personal exploration and in search for an answer, I have witnessed the incredible potential of mindfulness in addressing stress and anxiety.
Additionally, having worked with financial traders and business professionals, I have experienced how impactful it can be on the overall performance, as well as providing a substantial improvement in well-being.
I have introduced these programs to numerous corporate clients, resulting in improved communication across teams, reduced stress levels and increased productivity.
